Trash will be picked up and fallen trees that aren’t embedded in
the river bottom will be pulled away from the center of the river
and placed parallel to the shoreline to slow storm water and snowmelt
runoff and riverbank erosion.
We remind all student and scout groups and their leaders that all
persons who are legal minors must be under the direct supervision
of their legally responsible parent/guardian/group leader at all
times – no
exceptions! We want to keep this day as safe as possible for the
young people wanting to participate and to give them a positive community
involvement experience.
We look forward to seeing you Saturday, April 30th, at 8:00 a.m.!
Sincerely,
Hamburg Township Flood Prevention Committee |
