March 13, 2008:  MDEQ Extends High Hills Arbor Subdivision - Arbor Meadows Water Supply Permit

The Livingston Community Water Authority received notification on March 13, 2008 from the MDEQ that Permit #W011211 for the High Hills Arbor Subdivision to the Arbor  Meadows Water Supply (WSSN #00234) for the installation of the water main has been extended for an additional two years to March 13, 2010 to allow for completion of the project since the plans for High Hills Arbor Subdivision have not changed from the original design approved with Permit #W011211..

December 7, 2007:  LCWA Water Treatment Facility - Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Member communities and guests celebrated the finish of construction of the new LCWA Water Treatment Faciility at a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on December 7, 2007.  Also in attendance was Congressman Mike Rogers..  VIEW ENTIRE LCWA RIBBON CUTTING

The water treatment facility was constructed by Artesian of Pioneer, Inc., 50 Industrial Drive, P.O. Box 247, Pioneer, Ohio 43554.  Architectural design was by J.K. Janiga Architects, Inc. 10944 Frankfort, Pinckney, Michigan  48169.
