Downtown Pinckney St. Patrick’s Day Parade
On March 12, 2011, Pinckney celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with their
annual parade. The parade started at noon and with Post & Unit
leading off the parade. I would like to thank Jeff Beemer owner
of Ed Bock Feeds & Stuff for volunteering his truck & trailer
so our members who cannot walk the parade route, can still participate
in the parade!
Pinckney Memorial Post 419 Honor Guard leading the parade, followed
closely by our Unit 419 Auxiliary.
Trivia Question:A pin-up photo of
what actress adorned the first test bomb dropped on Bikini atoll
in the Marshall Islands in July 1946?
