Board of Review - What is it?

Board of Review is a board of three (3) property owners in the Township whose purpose is to review the values that are set by the Assessor and to correct any errors in the assessing process. The three current members are Annette Koeble, Gerald Stefansky and Howard Dillman.

NOTICE OF HAMBURG TOWNSHIP
BOARD OF REVIEW 2011

The Hamburg Township Board of Review Organizational Meeting was held on Tuesday, March 7th at 10:00 a.m.

The regular meetings of the Board of Review will be held at the Hamburg Township Hall Monday, March 14th at 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 15th at 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Wednesday, March 16th at 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Poverty applications, residents’ and non residents’ letters of appeal must be received by Tuesday, March 15th.

The tentative ratios are as follows: Agricultural 49.82 Commercial 49.86 Industrial 49.81 Residential 49.93 and Personal Property 50.00. The tentative factors are as follows: Agricultural 1.0000 Commercial 1.0000 Industrial 1.0000 Residential 1.0000 and Personal Property 1.0000.
