Board of Review - What is it?

Board of Review is a board of three (3) property owners in the Township whose purpose is to review the values that are set by the Assessor and to correct any errors in the assessing process. The three current members are Annette Koeble, Gerald Stefansky and Howard Dillman.

The Hamburg Township Board of Review will be held at the Township Hall 10405 Merrill Road on:

  • Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of this meeting is to correct clerical errors, mutual mistakes of fact, in accordance with the requirements of MCL 211.53B and to consider request of hardships, homesteads and agricultural exemptions in accordance with Public Act 74 of 1995.

Call (810) 231- 1000 for an appointment after receiving your notice.  Property owners may appeal by mail.

  • Agricultural         49.90
  • Commercial        49.95
  • Industrial             49.99
  • Residential          49.83
