Meetings are held in the Hamburg Township Hall Board Room at the Hamburg Township Hall, 10405 Merrill Road, Hamburg, Michigan 48139 unless otherwise noted in an agenda notice.

Note:  Meetings are held in the Township Hall Board Room. Some meetings will be broadcast LIVE over Channel 99, Hamburg Township Television on the Charter Communications Cable TV Network. Meeting Agendas and Information Packets are digitally posted when they become available.

Don't have cable TV or can't get Channel 99 on your cable TV network? Too busy to get to a meeting at Township Hall?  You can watch flash videos/hear mp3 audios of the meetings online, or you can get DVD copies of township meetings to watch at your leisure - they are available by calling 810-231-1000 Ext. 208 for a fee per disc.

NEW COMMUNITY RECREATION SERVICES ORGANIZATION (CRSO) ESTABLISHED DEC. 21, 2010 At its Regular Meeting on Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at 7:00 p.m., the Hamburg Township Board of Trustees accepted the Parks & Recreation Subcommittee’s recommendation to dissolve the current Parks & Recreation Board, and to create a new committee to be titled the Community Recreational Services Organization (CRSO) to serve under the Township Board of Trustees and the structure as presented. The Board adopted the updated Park Use Facility Policy; revision dated December 16, 2010 as presented by the Parks & Recreation Subcommittee, and directed the Clerk to post it to the website. The Board moved that the permanent CRSO shall be comprised of the current temporary Subcommittee members, until revised by the Township Board.  Permanent Members shall be:  Clerk Neilson, Trustee Semprevivo & Trustee Dolan.
