After hours payments may be placed in the Drop Box in front of the Township Hall Offices building and will be collected and processed on the next business day.

If you completed an Application for Deferment of Summer Taxes and qualified for the deferment your taxes are due by February 28, 2011, without penalty or interest.

TAX TIPS

IF YOU HAVE AN ESCROW ACCOUNT WITH YOUR BANK OR MORTGAGE COMPANY, PLEASE DO NOT PAY YOUR TAX BILL. We recommend that you confirm with your escrow agent that they have requested a tax bill from our office. Duplicate payments are refunded to the party who paid last.

If you need to pay a utility bill or make another type of payment, please use separate checks. PLEASE MAKE YOUR CHECK OUT FOR THE EXACT AMOUNT. Overpayments are returned in full to the taxpayer; underpayments are receipted in and a bill for the balance is mailed to the taxpayer.

It is not always possible to break large bills, as the office keeps minimal change on hand for security reasons. Please pay with smaller denominations when possible.

Current taxes may be paid with VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Payment information is located on the back of your tax bill. Please note that there is a convenience fee associated with this type of payment.
