Portage Base Lakes Area Water & Sewer Authority - About Us - Contact UsThe Portage Base Lakes Area Water & Sewer Authority (PBSLA) provides sanitary sewer services to properties in and around Portage and Base Lakes in Washtenaw and Livingston Counties in the State of Michigan USA.
The Board of Directors' meetings for the PBLSA are held every other month at 7:00 p.m., on the 3rd Monday of the month, at the Board Meeting Room at Hamburg Township Hall Offices, 10405 Merrill Road, Hamburg, Michigan.
Annual meetings are held every January, on the 3rd Monday of the month, at 8:00 p.m.
The 2023 Board of Directors consists of:

- Treasurer: Pat Carney
- Trustee: Rick Kleinschmidt
- Trustee: Pat Hughes
