First, you will need to complete a Hamburg Township Land Use Permit.   This is an Annual Permit Requirement.How Do I Get A Copy Of My Property Site Plan

Short-term Rentals locations Require:
  1. Plot site map of parcel,
  2. Airbnb rental announcement from internet (whole rental listing with maximum number of occupants allowed),
  3. Posted rules on door with map of property (see Short-Term Rental Brochure below),
  4. Completed land use permit application (See link above),
  5. Payment of $40 (annually),
