Variances from the Zoning Board of Appeals - Documents Needed
Variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals Requires:
- a completed ZBA Variance Application Form found here,
- 7 copies of your detailed site plans showing what exists onsite, and showing what is being requested. Depending on the detail of the work to be done, plans should be at least 11" x 17" in size. We require an electronical copy of full-sized building plans to upload to your system, so please email to Planning/Zoning Dept at planning@hamburg.mi.us.
- any other supporting information/reports,
- payment of $500 (one time fee), plus $50 per each additional variance.

- ZBA meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month (your variance hearing will depend on when you turn in your paperwork and pay your fees).
