Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) Applications

From time to time, the Zoning Ordinance as applied to a particular situation may disallow or require certain building and/or construction requirements or limitations.

Or, the interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance requirements by the Planning & Zoning Administrator may be in conflict with an interpretation that a land use permit applicant holds.
For these and other similar types of situations, the Zoning Board of Appeals is the first step in the appeals process.

The ZBA meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Township Hall Board Room.

Typically, all paperwork and fees for an appeal must be turned in to the Planning & Zoning Administration office four (4) weeks prior to schedule a ZBA meeting for the appeal to be placed on an agenda for the next month. See ZBA Schedule of meetings here
