  • The Clerk's office will be open on Saturday, November 2, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for those wishing to obtain an absentee ballot. 
  • Voters may also vote a ballot in our office on Monday, November 4, 2024 from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
  • Ballots may not leave the clerk's office after 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2024. 
  • Ballots may be spoiled and reissued by mail up until 5:00 p.m., Friday, November 1, 2024. Ballots may be spoiled in person up until 10 a.m., Monday, November 4, 2024.

Registration Deadlines

Oct. TBD  Last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk for the November general election.  168.497

Filing Deadlines

By 4:00 p.m., TBD  District Library Board candidates for districts that do not include a school district file an Affidavit of Identity and a nonpartisan nominating petition. (A $100.00 nonrefundable fee may be filed in lieu of a petition.) (Special note: If district library includes a school district, District Library Board candidates file by 4:00 p.m. on August TBD)  397.181
By 4:00 p.m., TBD  Candidates without political party affiliation seeking partisan offices file qualifying petitions and Affidavit of Identity for the November general election. Withdrawal deadline elapses at 4:00 p.m. on July 25.  168.590c
