Hamburg Township Utilities Department - Road Services

ROAD IMPROVEMENT SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS
- Road Improvement Assessment Pay-Offs
On March 24, 2020 the Township Board of Trustees adopted a Resolution authorizing a 45-day period to allow property owners in the road improvement special assessments districts to pay-off the road improvement assessment in full to avoid all interest charges and so that the assessment is not added to the winter property tax bills. The 45-day grace period will begin on April 1, 2020 and will end on May 15, 2020. A letter and pay-off form will be mailed to each of the property owners within the Road Improvement SADs. Payments may be mailed to the Township or dropped off in the drop-off box located at the Township offices. A receipt will be mailed to the property owner after the payment is processed. If residents have any questions or do not receive the letter and pay-off form please contact the Utilities Coordinator, Brittany Campbell, at (810) 222-1193 or via email at bcampbell@hamburg.mi.us.
