Services and Fees

The Hamburg Township Police Department is located at 10409 Merrill Road, P.O. Box 157, Hamburg, Michigan 48139 Our phone number is (810) 231-9391 and fax number is (810) 231-9401. After normal business hours officers can be reached through dispatch at (517)546-9111. Of course, 911 should be used for any and all emergencies.

Officers are on duty 24 hours per day, seven days a week. The business office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Closed holidays.

Finger printing, report copies and gun purchase permits can all be obtained during business office hours.

All court-ordered prints must be obtained through the Livingston County Sheriff's office:

Notary Fee For Gun Permits	No charge for Hamburg Township residents; $10 per permit for non-Hamburg Township residents.Gun Permits are issued between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday - Friday excluding Holidays.

Solicitor Permits	$10.00 per day or $50 per calendar year for local businesses
